Kaju Barfi is a famous Indian sweet made out of cashews, milk and sugar. It is mostly flat and diamond shaped with a coating of a thin silver garnish called vark .
These little cakes are filled with the goodness of ground cashews, soft and chewy. None of the Indian festivals or weddings can survive without these babies!
For us, Kaju Barfis are next in line after Sheer Khorma (another Indian sweet dish) during Eid! There are simply too many memories linked to this delicious sweet.
I’ve never heard of those before, but they sound really good!
-Visiting from the A to Z Challenge, good luck on the rest of the month!
